We ship Monday - Friday. Most orders placed by 12:00 pm Pacific Time will ship the same day.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at the time of placing your order. We ship very fast and typically cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
If you email us with address changes please keep an eye on your spam box. We will reply if we can or cannot change the shipping address and we may need info from you to do so. If we are waiting on info from you then we won’t be able to ship your order.
Orders ship from California to anywhere in the United States and Canada. We are working on offering International Shipping services.
We ship using the United States Postal Service. First Class Package mailing service transit time is about 2 - 7 days depending on delivery location.
Priority mail transit time is about 1 - 3 days depending on delivery location.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
We are not responsible for replacing items that are stolen once USPS has marked them as “Delivered”. Depending on the value of your order we may require a signature for delivery.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unopened items can be returned up to 15 days of the receiving date (verified with tracking information). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
DO NOT send an item back without first receiving a Return Authorization. To receive a Return Authorization either reply to your order confirmation email, or, email firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your order number.
Refunds will only be processed back to your original payment method once the item(s) are received undamaged, in original condition and in original unopened packaging. You will be notified when the refund is initiated. Once initiated, the refund will take about a week to post to your original payment method (we do not have control over how fast the refund posts to your original payment method).
Damaged & Defective Products
If you feel you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us before posting a review or a complaint. Please report it within 3 days of receiving your order (verified with tracking information). Keep ALL packaging, including the mailing envelope. Email pictures of the damaged/defective items and a description of the issue to email@example.com
DO NOT DISCARD ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT OR PACKAGING. We must see the items to determine if they are damaged or defective. In some cases we may request that you send the items, and packaging, back to us. If the product is deemed damaged and/or defective we will provide you a return shipping label. You’ll need to print the label in order to return the item.

Payment Methods & Expenses
Payment Methods we accept include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB payments & Apple Pay.
Customer is responsible for cost of items, shipping (unless choosing free shipping option), and applicable taxes. Should customer decide to return an item for any reason other than damaged or defective, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
